PHASE 3 is OPEN to eveyone (18+), It is The Pride Summit - Prom, Van Gogh's; Starry Night theme.
Join The Pride Alliance for a majestic evening filled with entertainment and dancing at our first annual Pride Summit and Prom event. Be emursed in Van Gogh's Starry Night. This is an adult Prom for the LGBTQIA community and alliance and for those that may never of had the chance to truly experience that special night.
We will have a dance floor and professional DJ and special lighting.
We will have a VIP 21+ area with adult beverage service available, nominal fee for bracelet.
We will have Hor D'oeurves Trays
We will have a free drink station
We will have Formal Prom Photo opportunity
We will have a Silent Auction
We will have special entertainment and experiances.
Must be 18 years of age of older.
Alcohol - Must be consumed in the VIP area only, and must have bracelette on and valid identification. Available for 21+ only. Outside drinks will not be permitted.

There is no smoking inside of the building - smoking will be permitted in Hendrix authorized locations only
ALL SALES ARE FINAL - No refunds, unless the event is cancelled or postponed.
Tickets that are lost or stolen will not be replaced, Third Parties Sales of ticket seller is responsible to convey that policy and restriction convey to new purchaser and should be disclosed at point of sale.
Copy of the Ticket is required for entry.
18+ event - Valid legal photo identification may be requested at any time by any representative of the event, and possible on more then one occasion.
The Pride Alliance nor Hendrix shall be held responsible for any losses or damages resulted by any postponement or cancellation of the event. The Pride Alliance or Hendrix shall not be held responsible or liable for injuries, losses, or damages incurred by patrons while attending the event. Any food or beverage is not provided by The Pride Alliance - it is provided by independant service provider over which The Pride Alliance has no control, unless advised otherwise. The Pride Alliance or Hendirx shall not be responsible for injuries sustained from physical activity or obtained by action of any other patron.
For safety and security, do not prop doors, never walk alone, be vigilant and if you see something then say something
Uniformed and Non-Uniformed security is present during the event, and some CCTV.
Patrons understand images obtained during photo or video of an event may be utilized or published without expressed written consent.
The Pride Alliance and Hendrix reserves the right to remove or exclude from events anyone; at its sole discretion, its deems necessary. This includes, but is not limited to, anyone that disrupts an event or anyone who fails to abide by The Pride Alliance or Hendrix rules / policies / or practices - which may be written, implied, posted, or verbally instructed. Attendees are expected to act in a responsible manner at all times, including without limitation, in the drinking of alcohol.
